This kit is an imagining of the shop run by Ginger and Pickles in Beatrix Potter’s The Tale of Ginger and Pickles. Although the location of the shop in Near Sawrey is known, the existing house has changed beyond recognition. The house is divided into a shop area, a living room, a rear kitchen, and an upstairs bedroom (see further images below).
