There are 10 rooms as well as stairways and corridors.

The model is provided with lights and fires.

The roof and both front and back walls are removable to provide easy all-round access.

Exterior supplied in a white rendered finish with black painted wood and stone work as shown.

Ground floor -

• generous lounge with fitted bar, stairs to 1st floor, and brick fireplace with working basket-grate fire
• parlour with working dog-grate in marble-effect fireplace
• gatekeeper’s lodge behind parlour accessed from archway.

1st, 2nd & Mezzanine floors -

• 7 bedrooms in total accessed from corridors to the rear
• marble-effect fireplaces with working fires in two main rooms.

Internal features -

• opening panelled doors into all rooms
• flagstone floor at ground level and floorboarding on upper floors
